Shipping Policy

Since are digital product. We will deliver the well prepared hologram video for you within 2 weeks (10-14 working days) once payment received.

For optional product like 3D pyramid and other printed material, we will ship it via HK Post Airmail.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING is for all orders with optional item added. We can ship to Worldwide (all country are accepted).

You will be notified by two e-mails once your order is placed and received.
First email will by order confirmation with an online form that customers need to fill in for us to prepare a tailor-made hologram video for you.
Second email will be a link sent to customer embedded with the tailor-made hologram video. Moreover, there is a shipment status about the optional items that ordered.

We usually do not process orders on weekends and U.S. national holidays, when our carriers are not available.

Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or canceled after the order is processed or shipped out. We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind; therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can return them for an exchange or refund - please refer to our Return Policy for procedures. However, if there is a problem, please contact us or call during business hours.
Shipping Options

All orders with optional items, it takes 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. Shipping time varies based on where you live and the shipping method.

We usually ship orders by HK Post System. Please leave a message on order comments or contact us if you have any specific request on your shipping address or on other shipping methods.

Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for returns or lost packages because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address when you place the order. If an order is not received and returned by the carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will either issue a refund excluding shipping and handling fee, or reship the order by charging actual shipping fee. There is no re-stocking fee for all returns due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address! If an order is not returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for the loss, we can not issue refund or reship in such a case. If the package is shipped via UPS and we are charged for an address correction, we will in turn charge you.
